Building Your Potential, One Brick at a Time
My Approach to Coaching
Coaching, for me, is personal. I’ve lived the highs and lows—from the NBA to building businesses, mentoring young athletes, and figuring out what it really means to lead. What I’ve learned along the way is simple: no one gets to greatness alone. We all need someone to challenge us, hold us accountable, and remind us what we’re capable of when we show up consistently.
My coaching is rooted in three things: discipline, accountability, and growth. Talent might get you noticed, but it’s discipline that keeps you moving forward. Accountability—both to yourself and to your team—is what keeps you honest. And growth? That comes when you stop avoiding the hard stuff and start leaning into it, brick by brick.
Whether I’m working with a young athlete learning the basics, a corporate team trying to level up, or a professional chasing their next chapter—I show up fully. I ask the hard questions. I help you see what’s possible. And I walk with you as you put in the work to make it real.
I don’t do surface-level motivation. I believe in real conversations, real strategies, and helping people build something that lasts. If you’re ready to step up, get focused, and grow into who you were built to be—I’m here to coach you through it.
Let’s build together.
